So I get to the beach and its been literally one of the best beach trips in a long time. The one bummer… It’s causing me to gain weight. My brother just got done telling me how proud he is of meand that I look happy and healthy again and then all we have down here is junkkkk. I’m going to go take a run on the beach, but this can’t continue. I was starting to genuinely feel comfortable with my body LIKE IN HIGH SCHOOL. I HAVEN’T BEEN ABLE TO WEAR A TANKTOP AND NOT LOOK DOWN ONCE AT MY PUFFED SINCE HIGH SCHOOL. YESTERDAY, I DIDN’T LOOK ONCE. So I know I need to keep this up. Fitness, protein, water, check.
